Urgent Hiring in Education Industry for Career Counsellor at Mumbai and Bangalore

Profile - Career Counsellor

Location - Charni Road (Mumbai), TC Palya, KR Puram (Bangalore)

Experience - Minimum 1 Year (freshers are also welcome).

Qualifications - Must be Graduate

Gender - Male/Female (Both)

Age - Should not be aged more than 25 years.

Package - 2.5 lac p.a. - 3.0 lac p.a. + Lucrative Incentives

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving admission revenue.

2. Concept selling, objection handling, negotiation and fees collection.

3. Ensuring highest level of conversion ratio.

4. Connecting 80 to 100 calls every day.

5. Exploring cross selling and up selling opportunities.

6. Adhering to the record keeping and documentation in ERP.

7. Ensuring timely and accurate fees recovery.

8. Managing student relationships, managing student grievance.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills required (8/10).

2. Ability to develop strong relationship with students, drive sales process

3. Ability to work under sales target, Should be Self-motivated and should have initiative taking ability.
