Work locations: Across Warangal, Hanmakonda, Thorrur, Maripeda Bunglow, Ghanpur, Kazipet, Khammam, Badrachalam, Karimnagar, Chennur, Peddapally, Ramagundam, Godavarikhani, Jammikunta, Metpally,
Note : Only Experienced profiles from Finance companies will be accepted
Job Title: Branch Manager
Job Description:
- Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.
- Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
- Systematic planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
- Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
- Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team
- Preparing reports related to branch functioning and its performance.
- Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
Job Specification:
- Graduates/post-graduates with minimum 3-4 years of experience in dealing with gold loans/financial activities.
- Basic knowledge about computer is a must.
- Should be ready to travel extensively
- Should possess excellent Networking Skills and Communication skills
- Retired / Senior Bankers form PSU Banks can also apply.
Job Title: Gold Valuer/ Appraiser Must be able to identify quality & purity of Gold in any form by manual process. Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer. Should be able to maintain accounting process, records and handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions.
Job Specification:
- Under graduates/Graduates with an experience of 1 year in gold checking
and working in a gold loan disbursement firm.
- Broader knowledge about purity of gold, present rate of gold etc.
- Experience of handling customers & large amount of cash.
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
- Should be able to handle walk-in customers.
- Should be able to acquire new customers through referencing.
- Keeping the existing customers up dated with their existing account details.

- Graduates / Post Graduates with minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
