Our Client one the LEading India Steel Trading company, Looking for the Building Construction Civil Construction sites to be developed Site fro Andheri Location.
Positio: PORJECT HEAD ( CIVIL SITE)
Job Profile : Company has a Plots and and want the Development A Residential Building Project and looking
for the Project Head who can start the Pproject from the Base.
Should be through with the Civil Construction Expereince of around 15 - 20 years
Leading Project of Residential Building Construction at Andheri
To Co-ordinate with Legal Consultant on all the Legal Aspects
He will be involved in the process for all the Documentation starting from Plot purchase to final Building OC etc.
To Co-ordinate with Architect
To do required liaison work with the concerned department with or without consultant
Should be good in Civil Liasion with Civil and Goverment Authorities and Documentations
should be aware of the Legals Terms
will be cordinating with the different Consultants for the proejct to be plans.
