Job Description

1. To do outgoing calls to customers for lead generation
2. To identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers
3. To handle the queries of the customers
4. To categorize the prospective leads and pass on to the sales team
5. To co-ordinate with the sales team for meetings
6. To maintain the MIS and reports

Required Skills :
1. Minimum Graduate
2. Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service and client handling
