Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of relevant Telecom experience with knowledge on Order Processing process & Telecom Services. Knowledge on Telecom Networks, Order to Bill process  & Quality Management tools / techniques would be desirable.

• Good knowledge of telecom products and services.
• Experience in Order Processing
• Customer Interaction / Co-ordination experience.
• Escalation Handling.
• Computer literate (Proficiency in Microsoft Office).
• Focussed on delivering with Quality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines.
• Good team player.
• Good time management skills.
