Job Description

We have an urgent opening for BMS Operator with a reputed company at Andheri

Location - Andheri

Position - BMS Operator

Salary -18000 net

Critical Responsibilities

To operate and monitor the BMS system for its designed functional aspect.
To ensure all the scheduled operation of equipment are in order.
Monitoring of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler, and emergency exit alarm.
Monitoring of Water tank supply level alarm, air handling unit, kitchen, rest room, exhaust fan, fresh air handling unit.
Monitor and control the Fire pump system, motors, sewage pump, electrical system, water system, ventilation and elevator control.
To override the system based on the end user's needs.
To cross check the functions by stimulation at the filed.
To ensure Fire Alarm system, Sprinkler flow switch annunciation and PAS is in working condition all the times.
To coordinate with the AMC vendor for rectifying any deviation.

To generate reports based on the totalising and trend etc.

Field checks of BMS Control System, Fire Alarm systems, Access control system, UPS Emergency Lighting, PA system, display screens and central battery system
