Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONFORINTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL/NETWORKINGPROCESS(VOICE PROCESS):-

- Handle user queries through calls related to Internet Issues, Network related issues, Router & Modem Issues.
- Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively.
- Required to handle Queries.
- Should be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the customers.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:-

1) Any graduate (Min 6 Months Technical Experience).
2) B tech/BCA/BSC-IT/3 Years Dip-IT (Fresher) can also apply.

SKILLS REQUIRED-

- Candidate with excellent communication skills and immediate joiner required.
- Candidate should be able to handle the pressure.
- Candidate should be time flexible.

-Must have basic Technical Knowledge.

NOTE: We are hiring for Noida location only (Candidate should be in Delhi NCR)

SHIFT -Rotational (24*7) , Includes Night Shifts also.

5 Days Working ( Rotational split Offs)
