Job Description

Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or other related field
Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions
Strong knowledge of financial reporting
Three years accounting experience including experience project accounting or internal auditing experience
Strong Excel skills
Strong financial system and business administration understanding
Strong technical accounting skills
Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization

Prepare business activity reports, financial statements and budgeting
Ensure compliance management
Developing financial reporting systems
Cost Effectiveness- To reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes
Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits
Aid management in financial decisions making
Maintain up to date financial system knowledge
Vendor Management- wherein responsible for laying out the process for selection of Vendor, evaluating vendors, procuring the vendor quotations doing comparative analysis and closing with selected Vendor logging all receivables invoices and keeping an accurate aging report. Ensure payments are posted to the correct open invoices and notify team members of any discrepancies
Financial management support, including budget execution and expenditure tracking, cash flow management, and working capital management
