We are Hiring for Network Support engineer
Key Result Areas:

Job Description:
1.) Responsible for executive support, including the advanced technological/executive needs of corporate customers
2.) This role will be required to deliver extensive Apple Mac support to corporate executives (MAC Devices, Ipad, iphones)
3.) Advanced skill in the use of Office 365 Software
4.) Proficient with supporting the following operating systems Apple Mac OS, iOS, Android, Windows 10
5.) Ability to resolve break-fix problems and to satisfy installation requests, simple or complex, in a wide range of dissimilar environments.
6.) Identify, resolve and escalate business issues as appropriate
7.) Provide solutioning for MAC, ipad, iphone device management for any infrastructure requirement
8.) Deliver executive support for special events
9.) Develop and maintain support Documentation
10.) Provide reports to management regarding technical challenges found within the environment and submit recommendations on possible solutions 11.) Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation
12.) Excellent critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
13.) Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of technology, especially in their usage for supporting business processes
14.) Communicate complex information into user-friendly terms.
15.) Essential Networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills including Wifi support
16.) Should have working knowledge on Encryption, Antivirus and SCCM, inTune, Jamf
17.) Should have experience of MAC / IOS device management through Tools
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION
Essential:Graduate /Bachelor-s Degree in Engineering
MCSA, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Windows OS, Apple products, Office 365, Encryption, MAM, apple device management
12+ years of Experience
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
1.) Hands on experience on Apple products (MAC OS, iPADs, iPhones, Macbook Air)
