Urgently Hiring Sales Head For Leading IT Company
Designation : Sales Head
Location: Noida(Work from home)
Ctc : 35 Lacs to 40 Lacs
Experience : 12+ Years Experience in the technology industry (preferred Cloud) or working on technical/product domains.
Responsibilities
1. Develop a plan and a pipeline of new clients and client engagements.
2. Successfully convert new target accounts, creating the foundation for long-term, value-based relationships. Success is nurturing and sale of win-win value propositions and nurturing executive relationships for continuing business.
3. Ensure the creation and execution of pursuit strategies, and build win-win value propositions at the company and individual levels with clients.
4. Approach client executives as true business partners, expanding engagement to encompass the breadth and depth of our capabilities, including Cloud Application Builds, Cloud Migration, Modernization, Cloud Optimization and more
5. Generating qualified leads for various services of Technologies with a target geography
6. Use Outbound Lead Generation tools such as Calls and Email Marketing to hunt for new business
7. Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose solutions that help clients meet their business objectives
8. Formulate Account & Sales strategies in collaboration with the Pre-sales and Marketing team
9. Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM System
10. Achieve weekly, Monthly & Quarterly target commitments
11. Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
