Dear Candidate, Greetings of the day! We are Hiring for the position of Marketing Executive/Sr. Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience in construction/real estate industry.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities.

• Self-Initiator & Team Player
• He should handle Media Planning & Budgeting and execution of plan
• Should Handle Project & Campaign Launch
• Responsible to do regular Market Intelligence competition and to study target customer, target micro & macro market and implementation of same in communication line
• Ensure to do productisation during new launch
• Responsible to maintain Corporate Brand Identity across organization
• Responsible to enhance customer experience at all level.
• Responsible to enhance & maintain Site Branding & Site Upkeep in line with on going campaign
• Should coordinate with vendor & agency on regular interval
• Ensure to maintain campaign & all marketing expense MIS
• Responsible of Data custodian for all execution
• Responsible for giving sales aid as and when required
• Should coordinate with Pre-Sales for achieving the targets & supporting with project bytes for leads nurturing.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating & executing events & exhibition as per marketing calendar.
• Responsible to liaise with digital to maintain & sync corporate & project communication. Monitor, review and share digital activity feedback to digital manager during campaign & sustenance phase for improvisation.

Candidate should have professional integrity ability to meet deadlines.
