Job Description
- Identify and generate prospective clients for:
- Project finance (Bank/NBFC funding, term loans, working capital)
- Due diligence (financial, tax, transaction)
- IPO advisory & support services (SME/Mainboard)
- Other financial, taxation, and corporate advisory services
- Visit potential clients, industrial units, promoters, startups, and corporates to present firm services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, CFOs, promoters, and senior management.
- Explain service offerings, engagement scope, and value proposition in a professional manner.
- Build networks with:
- Bankers, NBFCs, financial institutions
- Startup founders, SMEs, industrial associations
- Professionals such as CS, advocates, consultants, valuers
- Attend seminars, networking events, and business meets where required.
- Qualify leads and assess client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal CA partners and technical teams for:
- Proposal preparation
- Documentation support
- Client meetings and presentations
- Ensure smooth handover of finalized engagements to execution teams.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain MIS of leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
- Support management in strategic expansion of advisory verticals.
