Job Description
To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the offices, on-site visits, and attending council meetings. You must also possess a certain level of creativity in order to present innovative solutions and improvements to technical processes. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team, subcontractors, and clients
Responsibilities
Work with your team to Manage, design, develop, create and maintain construction projects. Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site
Work your team to perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities
Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel
