Position Name - Trainee
Training Venue - Any of our Offices in Chennai (MRC Nagar, T-nagar, Pallikaranai)
Duration - 15-30 Days
Nature of Job - field Network Engineer.
Qualification - Graduate /Diploma / Polytechnic and ITI holder in any discipline
Other courses (not mandatory) - Decent knowledge on Networking
Language Preference - Tamil & English
Two-wheeler - Must at the time of joining & during Training
Documents to be available at the time of interview - Driving License/LLR, PAN Card/PAN acknowledgement, Adhar,10th , 12th mark list, highest qualification certificates

Purpose of the role -
Responsible for 100% customer Service and maintenance of network element on field in the designated area.
Role Description -
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime
- Ensure that the switches in the network are maintained as per norms
- Ensure support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams
- Maintain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting manager on regular intervals
- Attend customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the TAT
- Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ trouble shooting
- Monitor NMS through relevant application and take appropriate action based on the event
- Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required
- 100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules
- Responsible for process adherence
- structured feedback to management to provide permanent solutions to improve service level.
Key Result Areas -
This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through management of material and time consumption, quality adherence and brining in areas of improvement for process betterment in the organization.

- Graduate/Diploma/ITI holder in discipline
- Hardware & Networking, MCSE and CCNA preferred.
