Job Description


In this role, you will be a part of the newly formed Global HR Operations organization that is responsible for providing simple, scalable, and efficient core HR services to all Expedia employees worldwide.
As the People Team Process Analyst, you will provide direct support for employee related activities on the Time & Attendance (T&A) product with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience, processing transactions with high quality and proactively identifying ways to improve service delivery.
What you'll do:
  • Define the long-term strategy and product plan that will result in improved performance, including partnering with product team and setting ops expectations
  • Develop health scorecards, leveraging data to understand effectiveness.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with technology , product team and communicate clear actions to operations teams to support production, etc.
  • Monitor and track product adoption and feedback to help in the prioritization of what actions to go after given impact
  • Serve as product champion from operations standpoint for internal partners and the marketplace via, serving as internal product expert, improve the product by documenting data based insights and analytics
  • Knowledge of creating and working on JIRAs for system configuration
  • Own T&A cyclical processes such as updating holiday calendars annually, monthly mass time off approval, monthly uploads of Aspect data & ad hoc EIBs/T&A reporting.
  • Prior experience in case handling

  • Strong relationship building/management capability; collaborating & negotiating with partners to drive product strategy.
  • Ability to influence & act on feedback from a broad range of internal partners through clear communication of product vision, roadmap & progress.
  • A problem solver capable of identify the root of poor experiences & building awareness of how technology can provide scalable solutions.
  • Ability to proactively extract & analyze data from various sources to provide insights into product health and opportunities.
  • Experience of the technology product development cycle; gathering requirements from internal partners & working with development teams to create detailed stories that ensure features meet end-user needs.
  • Functional knowledge of HR processes/technology together with experience of working in a global matrix environment is desirable.
