Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents/IMs - Identify, recruit and manage Agents/IMs from the respective region
Train and motivate Agents/IMs to provide a better understanding of market/products
Monitor and review Agents/IMs performance. Help them achieve maximum business
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Behaviours to Key Decisions :
Well groomed, confident, should have good communication skills and should be able to speak one regional language compulsorily (applicable for operating regions)
Should have good public speaking and facilitation skills able to address and motivate targeted segment/customers
Should be well versed with the local language and the mapped area
Should be result oriented
Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team of Agents/IMs
Should be high on integrity and company values
Should have customer orientation
