HGS is hiring for its Top MNC Client for the Position of

Soft Skills Trainer with a blend of Experience in Interviewing / Screening / Selection of Candidates for BPO

PLEASE NOTE:

*It is a 4 Month Contract

*Will be completely Work from Home

*Candidates must possess their own laptops/PCs
*Candidate can be in any Location PAN INDIA.

Job Title/Designation:

Soft Skills Trainer/Communication Assessor/Interview/Screen/Candidates

Eligibility:

  1. Min 2 Years of experience as Soft skills Trainer / Communication Trainer / Voice & Accent Trainer
  2. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  3. Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, Personal interview and various behaviour assessments)
  4. Proven work experience (2 years of telephonic hiring experience)
  5. Strong MS Office and Excel skills
  6. Any Graduation
  7. Multi lingual:Hindi & English (Mandatory)

Job Description:

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Familiarity with Candidate Management System.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to frame questions / scenarios to assess behaviours and communication proficiency
  • Implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Ability to monitor and coach agents on language - sentence construction, grammar, rate of speech, clarity of speech, pronunciation and call control
  • Ability to give constructive and direct feedback to agents concerning communication and soft skills Ability to identify basic call handling issues and introduce effective means for improvement
  • Understands principles of building rapport with the customer by using transition statements, verbal nods, small talk, tone, courtesy and empathy
  • Work with internal partners to identify agents with coaching opportunities
  • Ability to create content if required
  • Well versed with MS Office Tools and working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems

Expected:

  • Days and hours of work are six days, 9 hour shift within the given working window.
  • Shift timings- 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Age Criteria:Below 40 Years

Salary Package is as follows:

Monthly CTC- Upto 35K

Monthly TH- Upto 31K
