Role: Project management - Training & Quality.

Location: Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Sales Training and Quality Projects/BAU Portfolio through TnQ programs and direct interventions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (sales teams, call centers, partners, and brokers) to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
Analyze business performance, identify improvement areas, and implement productivity enhancement projects with measurable impact.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) aligned with TSR competencies and drive continuous learning across channels.
Monitor and report performance through regular business reviews, audits, and data-driven insights to maintain quality hygiene.
