Manager - Embedded Systems @ Mahindra Business

Job Description

1) Ensure the Software deliveribles meets the Qaulity commitments at Launch.
2) Deliver the Quality activities throughout the Software development Life Cycle.
3) Understand and Define the Process and control the Quality with help of Process.
4) Thourough knowledge on Soft Standards like MISRA for Software Code Development and able to Troubel shoot the problems Technically and Process.
5) Facilatate of DFMEA Sessions to ensure LL and Best Practice are documented.
6) Havind detailed understanding of the OEM Process and Mahindra Process and Expectation.
7) Accountable for the SW quality control with strong process and adherence in place.
8) Institutionalize software test process compliant with automotive standards (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262)
9) Facilitate problem solving team in prevent recurrence action.
10) To Coach and Mentor the team down under Quality.
