Training manager

Responsible for conducting refresher of MR as well as managers Responsible for conducting training on role and job of field managers To supervise work of Executives and Asst. training managers To conduct medical and marking sessions of the assigned brands. To conduct sales topics related sessions To update and arrange required training material before the batch To assess candidates on set parameters To conduct activities for the improvement of trainees To ensure completion of administrative formalities. To prepare complete report on every candidate attending training To follow and inculcate a sense of discipline and code of conduct as per the need of organization

Qualification Bsc / DPharma / Bpharma
Experience 4 to 8 Years of experience from Pharma/ Biopharma
CTC bracket 5.40 lac pa
Location Mumbai (Andheri)
