Job Description

The position is for the team within EY s Brand, Marketing and Communications Agency and will be aligned to the Communications and engagement competency. The candidate will work closely with the Communications & People Engagement team and will be responsible for collaborating with the business to develop communications and engagement programs that increase our people s understanding and engagement with key programs. The role will function as a key part of the BMC team and will require strong consulting and communications skills, including significant experience with communications planning are essential. Strategic thinking, initiative, flexibility, creativity and a willingness to adapt, influence and challenge are essential. The supervising associate will manage the roll out of multiple sets of communication that drive engagement for programs supporting the service line. The role will be expected to come up with innovative and creative ways to engage focused internal audiences. Success in this role will be the through effective management of internal stakeholders, managing multiple projects and ensuring successful delivery of projects in the given timeline,
