Job Description
Handling, guiding team of BDOs.
Regular visit & meeting with prospective customers like businessmen, farmers, promoters, contractors, land brokers for Gold Loan business.
Client acquisition for assigned branches' Gold Loan business growth and sales targets.
Visiting the HNI client directly to convert them as customer to achieve the assigned target figures.
Pitching sales through different promotional activities.
Following up customers on a daily basis and maintaining customer feedback.
Consistently achieving the monthly sales volume targets.
Reporting to the higher authorities on a daily basis.
Desired Candidate Profile :- Min 5yrs work experience in Sales & Team Handling
Should be graduate
Candidates from local area will be preferred
Ready to travel mentality is must
Age upto 40 years
