Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth handling of mother hub & Transport operation.
- Responsible for Reverse Logistics operations, Inventory, Logistics management.
- Ensure timely processing of all Reverse inbound and outbound activities.
- Manage return shipment should be return to the vendor, return to inventory and
- reshipping of damage or theft shipment for on time delivery to the customer.
- Identify operational related huddles and process quality problems, perform root
- cause analysis, and implement the correct way.
- Prepare, maintain and update SOP documentation of processes to meet
- customer requirements.
- Supervises and monitors the performance of employees to ensure standard
- practices and proper care of using the equipment, materials and supplies in the
- warehouse
- Perform research activities in order to identify new solutions for Hub Operational challenges.
- Responsible for the operations of the hub for the allocated shift.
- Problem solving ability: Excellent at analyzing any on-the-field situation at hand and work towards developing the solution.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced and hyper-growth environment where the requirements are constantly changing
- Able to handle crisis situations and willing to do whatever possible to fix any issue.
- Reports regarding operation (pending, inbound, outbound, reverse)
