Job Role:HR Generalist/Senior HR Generalist

Experience:2 to 4 years

 We are looking for an HR Generalist to be a part of our team. The person will be closely interacting with cross-functional departments to streamline HR with business goals.

The overall roles and responsibilities will be: 

Responsibilities:

 Administer compensation and benefit plans

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations
  • Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Should have good presentation skills and idea in preparations of reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees 

Skills Requirements:

  • Min 2 to 4 years of experience with HR in a start-up environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the business.
  • Understanding and deep domain knowledge of talent strategies to attract & retain external & internal professionals.
  • Builds relationships with colleagues and candidates.
  • Flexible and adaptable to working hours
  • Expert interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should have confidential in dealing sensitive matters
  • Working knowledge on HR strategy
  • Should be able to work within a team environment
  • Provides creative and innovative solutions
  • Ability to handles multiple priorities easily
  • Capable to motivate, influence and inspire others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be proficient in using MS Office complete.
