Reliance jio is Hiring for Enterprise Sales Manager for Vijayawada and Guntur
Base Location: Nellore, Guntur
Payroll: Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited
Experience: 7- 10 Years
Preferred Candidate: Corporate sales,Institutional sales, SME Sales experience of minimum 7
Years (Leased lines experience is most preferred )
Salary : 6.5 LPA to 8 LPA
JD:
1.Achieve revenue, Order booking and acquisition targets for the given territory through directly managed sales team
planning
1. Building and customer level opportunity mapping and sales planning
2. Obtain permission for network roll out and sales from building owners and customers where required
3. Target distribution and allocation to team
Business results
1. Achieve sales and order booking targets for the territory
2. Achieve team productivity and participation width as per norms
3. Reduce performance variance across team members
4. Spearhead large deals personally along with the team member
People management
1. Ensure training calendar is adhered to for self and for team members
2. Target setting, daily monitoring and performance improvement
Customer service
1. Manage customer escalations
2. Build customer relationships and engagement for key customer
Compliance
1. Ensure strategies are executed as per plan on the field
2. Ensure self and team compliance to company policies and processes
