Requirement :

Any Graduate ( BA/B.Com) Fresher Looking for career in the field of HR, willing to work from home.

Preferred candidates  good communication skills in English

Job Location : Work from Home

1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Provide administrative support to daily day to day activities of Human Resource Department
3. Compile and update employee records .
4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment etc)
5. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves etc)
6. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
7. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
