Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Infrastructure and Logistics

In this role, you will be responsible to manage Infrastructure and Logistics operations for Genpact s Largest office space.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making sure that a Building and associated services meet the need of the employees working in them.
  • Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the office building and premises to ensure that they meet health and safety standards along with regulatory & legal requirements.
  • Areas under the purview of the Building Manager: Office Building, Workstations, ODCs, Meeting and Conference Rooms, Cafeteria and Kitchen, Pantries, Toilets, Office Perimeter, Green Areas, Parking, Pest Control.
  • Manage facilities and operations of an inhouse Training, Development, and Residential Block
  • Monitor miscellaneous activities at Site level such as Horticultural, Mobile Service Provider, Stationery, Parking issues, Landlord, etc)
  • Work Closely with EHS, Security, Maintenance, Transport, Sourcing teams to ensure smooth operations of the facility.
  • Manage and Conduct evacuation drills for the site.
  • Ensure all agreements, licenses, and regulatory/statutory approvals are renewed on time.
  • Handle regulatory and ISO audits for the site
  • Handle the budget for building operations and work on preparing, monitoring, and controlling monthly provisions.
  • Handling office Petty cash.
  • Procuring and maintaining the stock of all utilities, merchandise, stationery any other item required, for all locations
  • Responsible to ensure proper material movement (in and out) at the site with proper documentation and filing.
  • Liaison with govt/non-govt agencies for any work related to logistics operations
  • Coordination between vendor and accounts payable team for timely receiving of materials and timely releasing of vendor payment Checking on maintenance of other office assets and consumables (photocopier, printer, pantry items, furniture and fixtures, fire extinguishers, etc).
  • Work with the Facility Management and Security service providers to keep a track of employees (office boys, security, housekeeping, etc) and maintain an updated record of relevant information & photos of all employees.
  • Arranging all kinds of events & central events, a celebration of festivals and aiming for best deals. (in office as well as outside)
  • Coordinating internal and external guest / client / employees visits. Coordinating with Operations team, to ensure smooth flow of activities in case of any events, etc.
  • Travel between Genpact within the city as and when required.
  • Generate ideas for continuous improvement of the facility look and feel along with an innovative outlook for a better employee experience.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

  • Education Graduate/Diploma in any field/stream.
  • Specialized knowledge Facility Management, Facility Audits, Hospitality services, Vendor Management, Financial awareness
  • Skills Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & word.

  • Absolute integrity and a sense of honesty and commitment.

  • Good knowledge of MIS management and reporting.
