Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Tele Calling & Field Visits for customers queries, Loan closer, Emis dispute & other customer queries

2. Handling collection agencies of hard buckets for products - Business Loan & Loan against property

3. Ensuring Month End (Recovery Numbers) Targets is met in accordance with the given portfolio.

4. Rendering regular feedback to the collections team on the portfolio performance, quality of sourcing & market trends

5. Handling customers queries & issues and try to resolve them at the earliest

6. Responsible for handling & manage collection.

7. Setting up targets, followed by constants quality checks, performance monitoring & developing desired trainings modules for field team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC/Banking

2. Able to travel as & when required

3. Graduation in any discipline is a must.
