Role:

1) To comprehend the IT manpower requirements and source the relevant candidates

2) Line-up the relevant candidates for the interview

3) Coordinate with the stakeholders to execute the smooth interview drives

4) Follow-up with the candidates and the stakeholders for the final outcome of the interview

5) Maintain the database of the candidates in the software /EXCEL

6) Coordinate with the candidates and negotiate to on-board them

7) Managing and executing the bulk hiring drives

8) Prepare the MIS of the monthly recruitment action

9) Strive to achieve the target within the stipulated time period

Reporting to the Delivery Head

Work Hours: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm, 5 days/week (Mon Fri)

Location: Currently/Permanently Work From Home Option Available
