01. Sr. Automation Test Engineer/ Lead level experience

02. Strong with VBScript & UFT for Automation of Desktop, Web Applications

03. Building Hybrid- Data Driven - Automation Framework

04. CI/CD Pipeline creation using Jenkins

05. In-Sprint Automation

06. Agile/ Sprint based, Hybrid & Onsite-Offshore Delivery Models

07. Able to Lead/ Mentor/ Groom a Team of Automation Engineers

08. Close work with Project Team, to help/ benefit the Team thru Automation

09. Automation RoadMap/ Plan, Scheduling, Tracking, Reporting

10. Automation Best Practices

11. Automation Suite Integration with Test Mgmt. Tool (like JIRA, ALM)

12. Automation of Applications in a Cloud Env. (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) will be a added advantage

Qualification

Preferred B.Tech/ B.E.
