Urgent Hiring for IT Assistant / Desktop Support Engineer Level- 1 / Navi Mumbai.

Experience- At least 1-2 years

Job Location- CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Industry Type: Logistics

The persons are required to perform the following major activities:-

1. Laptop/Desktop / Mac book configuration

2. Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting and repair to a certain level.

3. Windows OS installation / OS Cloning

4. Troubleshoot Local / network printers

5. Install & troubleshoot all types software applications

6. Good knowledge of outlook 2013 & 0ffice 365.

7. Networking LAN/WAN troubleshooting, managed L2/L3 switches. Knowledge of IP fundamentals

8. Good exposure to AD, Command Prompt commands/file sharing & permission settings.

9. Troubleshooting on Video/Audio Collaboration system i.e. WebEx/Microsoft Teams/Polycom/ Zoom Video conference system etc.

Qualification: Graduation + Hardware/Networking/ Any IT certification

Functional Area: IT-Hardware / Software, Technical Support.
