Test Architect -Business Applications

Experience Level : 14 18

Location: Bangalore

1. As Test CoE, drive topics in Center of Excellence Testing in the business application (ERP, Non ERP, Cloud, IoT and Mobility).
2. Alignment of Group to the Department/BU/Company Vision, Mission, strategy and objectives
3. Enable teams to work on new technologies & ensure future readiness with state-of-art solutions
4. Drive and support efficient Test Framework (Infrastructure, process, artefacts) implementation in the organization (across all testing levels, product landscapes)
5. Support Delivery Head in realizing business opportunities.
6. Good understanding of Test Automation and test life cycle
7. Handling multiple test teams supporting the project for test automation and manual test
8. Test framework; Rollout experience and ROI analysis
9. Process ownership for complete test automation, test design and test process improvement activities
10. Customer Satisfaction - delivery to Cost, Quality, and Schedule. Responsibility for Customers and business areas as assigned to respective group.
11. Plan and track Technical and Project career path associates for associate career path
12. Plan and track appropriate competency development, approve training for group members.
13. Recruitment and Associate development mentoring of PMs, Architects, test community in the section
14. Facilitate problem solving and collaboration within team
15. Test Process and Strategy implementation for new emerging technologies
