Greetings for the day!!

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on Salesforce applications

• Test Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Einstein Bots

• Validate Salesforce APIs using Postman / SoapUI

• Execute automation scripts using Python or JavaScript

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily stand-up, Retrospective)

• Log and track defects using JIRA and TestRail

• Work closely with developers and business stakeholders

• Experience testing AI-driven Salesforce tools (Agentforce / Einstein Bots)

• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and LWC

• Good communication and analytical skills
