Job Title: Manual Testing Lead

Qualification: B.Tech/MCA

Experience: 8-12 yrs

Offered CTC: 10-14 LPA

Job Location- Gurgoan 

Job Role :

• Understanding of Insurance/Health Domain, Organizing and controlling the Testing process, Ensuring visibility,
• traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software,
• Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project, Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery, Deploying and managing resources for testing,
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team,
• Critical review of testing scenarios/ test cases, planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement,
• Creation of governance structure to evaluate efficacy and efficiency of resources, Review & coordinate to ensure timely completion of testing,
• Measure the quality of testing and inturn the resources, should be well apt in web/mobile and preferably mainframe testing, manage and satisfy the stakeholders though delivery
