Job Description

Candidate should verify KYC documents provided by customers.

2. Candidate should verify Bank statements for identification of transactions like salary transactions etc.
3. Candidate should call customers to arrange required documents like Bank statement, Salary slip.
4. Candidate should be good in following up with cases allocated to him/her Via Call, Whatsapp & Email.(primarily via Call)
5. Candidate should do Video KYC with customers on call.
6. Should be confident enough to identify Fraud customers.
7. Calling experience is must.

Experience in Personal Loan disbursement is mandatory
