Databases:MS SQL server,
Concept:DBMS, OOPs,
Exposure to Open Source technologies,Modular UI Screens, N Tier Architecture,scalability, multi threading, Loosely coupled system.

Good to have :-

Node JS,.net Core
Database: Mongo DB,Postgresql.
ORMTool: Entity framework.
Concept: SOLID principles
