Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer customer queries with best effort can be inbound, outbound and emails.
  • Take escalation/supervisor calls as an when required
  • Individual contributor role
  • Good team player
  • Should be ready to take new responsibilities
  • Reporting Skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Should be flexible to work in night shifts, whenever needed.
  • Competency
  • Expert in customer service
  • Proficient in soft skill
  • Experience with Networking, MS Office365, Outlook various versions, Share point
  • Skilled in windows troubleshooting OS level, various application level
  • Basic knowledge in Cloud computing, ISO OSI, routing, switching, various protocols & network
  • Added advantage for candidate with ITIL v3, A+, N+ & CCNA knowledge and certification
  • Graduates
