Job Description

Position - Team Leader - Remote Support - US Shift - Western Suburbs Only

Key requirements:

  • Should have history in managing small team in application environment
  • Should be a product person as well as a leader
  • Would be working in US shift (night shift for India)
  • Salary would include a Shift allowance to cover the night travel (no separate pick up or drop will be provided)
  • Male candidates only
  • Candidates only from Mumbai Western Suburb Only

Requirements

  • 18 months experience in a technical service- related field and a thorough knowledge of all Microsoft applications (Windows, MS Office)
  • Demonstrates the ability to solve common problems and to provide immediate solutions
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks, with excellent organizational and time
  • management skills.
  • Technical IT knowledge: must have a good working knowledge of Operating systems and hardware so are able to review process and identify possible problems at any stage and rectify efficiently with minimal disruption to the customer.

Primary Purpose of Role:

  • The Team Leader, Remote Support is responsible for the management of a team of Customer Support Specialists that provide technical support to Company customers, field personnel, dealers, and 3rd parties.
  • The primary goal is to ensure the team is meeting or exceeding service level agreements and to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Responsible for day-to-day support for all team members to include; monitoring employee key performance indicators toward goals, time and attendance and general employee administration, knowledge utilization, training development and deployment.
  • The Team Leader, Remote Support ensures positive customer outcomes via a team delivering effective troubleshooting, communications, and escalations when needed in a timely manner. Must display a willingness to engage into situations as the customer advocate, understand technical issues and quickly bring appropriate level of involvement from within Service Division to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • The Team Leader will be expected to provide coverage to our global customer base.
