Job Description

Sr. Associate, Analytics

In this role, you are expected to understand and define the problem through collecting data from various sources. Designing and conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods in a cost effective manner. Interpreting and analysing data using a variety of numerical and IT tools you will understand the functional requirements for the business process (good to have experience in various SLDC development processes Agile, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Reading documents about your project to gain domain knowledge about domain in which your project is.
• Gaining knowledge about the technology on which your project is implemented.
• Giving presentations about what you have learned about your project in company.
• Understanding design and code flow of your project or particular module of project.
• Fixing bugs raised by testers.
• Implementing assigned new features as per the requirement and following the SDLC process followed (i.e. requirements gathering, designing, coding and testing).

• BE/B- Tech (CS/IS/IT), BCA, MCA
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude & proactive
• Self-learning & great appetite knowledge.

• Knowledge in Data visualization (BI) tools like Tableau, Power BI
• Knowledge in Data Engineering/Big Data tools like Hadoop, Spark
• Knowledge in Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure etc .
• Knowledge in one or more of the programming/Scripting languages like Java, .Net, Python, VBA.
• Knowledge in Data Engineering and Data Analytics concepts
