Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Should prepare functional specifications for the project. (BRD, Use cases, User stories)

Should ensure coverage of all functional scenarios and lead in initial prototype development using UI tools and get agreement from business stakeholders.

Should provide UAT support.

Should provide third level support to production issues from assigned applications within defined SLA.

Should work with outsource partners and developers, to clarify software requirements / specifications to deliver against business or technical objectives.

Should participate in project review meetings as and when required

To write functional specs, schedules, and provides quality implementation of multiple user requirements.

Analysis of defects and new requests. Contributes to and drives testing strategies and methodologies for applications new requirements.
