Job Description
Digital Marketing | 4-6 LPA | 3-7 Years Experience
Work From Office | North /West Bangalore
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring Digital Marketing campaigns across all digital networks
- Experience in digital marketing, and social media management
- Outstanding communicator, excellent interpersonal andanalytical skills
Responsibilities
- Develops Digital Marketing strategy by identifying customers and their current and future needs and monitoring competition
- Plans & executes web, SEO/SEM, Database Marketing, email, Social Media, & display advertising campaigns
- Designs, builds & maintains our & clients Social Media presence
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns & assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifies trends & insights. Optimizes digital spends and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages & optimize user experience
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & customer touch points
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
- Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling & assigning employees & following up Results
- Maintains Digital Marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, appraising job results
- Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- 3 years experience in a digital marketing | SEO/SEM/PPC Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices & website analytics
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills | Excellent analytical abilities
- Latest trends and technologies in Digital Marketing
