Inviting applications for the role of VP, Customer Operations In this role, you will be leading operations for our Hitech service line. You will work with Operating leaders and Clients to develop a winning strategy, develop it with the service line, then present for internal approval and customer acceptance. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on Financial goals for the business; find opportunities for Growth & deliver on growth commitments; identify key cost metrics and ensure they are optimized
  • Develop the current offerings into a product offering for prospective clients
  • Take ownership of delivering value share and productivity along with LDT team
  • Improve CoMo domain knowledge in Hitech
  • Further developing technical skills, new product updates
  • Bring in deep validated experience in Trust and Safety in solutions shaping up value propositions in line with Client Objective with robust commercial and operating models with the right levels of differentiation
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization and build strong teams and alliances through emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualification
  • MBA from an institute of repute with good experience of leading operations/process for large global clients (GAFMA experience or experience in handling Trust & Safety/Media/Gaming/OTT platforms)
  • Rich experience in the Trust and Safety vertical in Operations/Transformation or Digital
  • Experience in setting up new teams to build proficiency in an area
  • Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at senior level and ability to influence those partners
  • Influencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-set and comfort with operating in a matrixed environment retaining excellent focus and accountability for daring business targets
Preferred Qualification
  • Lead the analytics team and line management of research analysts, data scientists, AI/ML specialists
  • Knowledge of working with at least one analytics programming language.Example R python microsoft SQL server
  • High Analytical / reasoning skills, should be commercially savvy
  • Experience working in collaborative team of teams environment, led global/virtual and teams with varied strengths
