Job Description

Should have hands-on experience in Class Room Training and E-Learning
Candidate must have good communication skills, Proficiency in Computer applications with pleasing personality.
Must have experience in conducting employee surveys and interviews.
Training Need and Identification
Track and compile collected data.
Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
Should have good stakeholder management skills.
Must be willing to travel.
Scheduling weekly Induction program.
