Job Description
Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Salary: Annual CTC between 1.4 Lakh to 2.0 Lakh
Job Description:
Ability to comprehend & respond to all customer queries on voice support, providing correct and complete information to the customer to convert prospects to confirm leads
- Manage high volume of outbound lead generation calls
- Outcall new leads derived from defined lists and other referrals available
- Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
- Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion
- First level confirmation and closure of qualified leads on internal system
Any graduate / undergraduate (10+2 required) with excellent English communication
Freshers are welcome; Lead generation experience will be an added advantage
Excellent convincing / upselling / cross selling skills
Adaptable individual with a customer centric approach
Ability to understand and fulfil customers requirements
Adherence to Quality and Compliance guidelines
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Key Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong Interpersonal/convincing skills
Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly
Self-starter and goal oriented, with a can-do attitude
Ability to navigate with speed between multiple screens
Basic computer knowledge and web savvy with typing speed 35-40 wpm
Demonstrated decision making and problem solving ability
