We are hiring for the role of "Manager - Agency Channel".

Your shortlisted For the Position Agency Development Manager (ADM)

Experience: Minimum 6months of experience in any field sales, NBFC / BFSI is preferred.

Immediate Joiners are preferable.

ADM's Responsibilities:

Execution of sales strategy.
Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents / Advisors.
Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market / products.
Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group /Micro Finance Institution /NGOs etc.

Requirements:

*Any graduates can apply.

*Bike Mandatory

*sales Experience Mandatory.

*Age from 27 up to 39.
