We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Analytics (CPG Analytics)Responsibilities- Understand the Business, Customer requirements and adhere to Service Level Agreements (Business).
- Follow defined standard operating procedures, Adhere to business etiquette and professionalism in the work area. (SOP s)
- Accountable for the quality and on-time delivery of client deliverables (accountability)
- Plan and prioritize work load to ensure all assignments are delivered accurately and within specified timelines (planning)
- To take ownership of all the assigned categories and Key cats and be the main point of contact for your home office and maintain and protect the confidentiality and integrity of the data as per Data Protection Act. (ownership)
- Responsible for delivering all the tasks on-time and meet all deadlines for compare and info view submission. Ensure that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change. (timeliness)
- Ensure that all feedbacks and learning s from the home office, clients, field, etc. are documented and applied to client deliverables to improve accuracy (Baseline the learning)
- Develop expertise in processes and domain. Associate should become experts for those categories assigned (products)
- Responsible for any owned deliverables & Process improvement and Ensure that all the reports are maintained and cleared on time.
- Continuously identify further training requirements for yourself and the team, and liaise with your Supervisor / Immediate Line Manager to develop these areas. Inform your Supervisor of any highlights, learning s, or tasks that you are proud to have accomplished in your One-on-Ones.
- Follow business etiquette and maintain professionalism in the work area.
- Additional ad-hoc project work as per business requirement Top of the Document.
Minimum QualificationsAny Graduates from the recognized university.
Preferred qualifications - Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
- Good communication and skills
