Delivery Head
Headquartered in California, our client creates digital products and platforms across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. With over 2,500 people working for them, they have some of the brightest minds in the business.
If you have the experience of managing over 300 people and have a technical background, then this job is for you.

Mandatory Skills

1. Hands on programming and solutioning for a team lead Working in pure agile development model
2. Hands on experience on React / Node.js
3. Redux/Cucumber/Sonar/Azure or AWS CI/CD pipelines (Optional)
4. Estimate development effort for user stories with a fair bit of accuracy
5. A go-to person for the team to solve technical issues. Clean, Readable, Maintainable, Secure code

Roles &Responsibilities

1. As Programming Architects, you would be required to lead a team of highly skilled full stack programmers and be responsible for end to end software cycles Solutioning, Estimates, Development with unit test codes, Build and Deployment pipelines, Code Analysis tools/rules and activities leading up to a production release.
2. The application under development would involve a Node/React and Postgress/SQL server.
3. These roles are a first of a sort that is experimented and we hence would need dedicated personnel to make it a success and as an example of future development teams.
4. There are 3-4 such teams that are formed simultaneously at the moment and hence the requirement is for more than one Programming architects and their team members.
5. The candidate should have a strong foundation in agile (and agile tools like JIRA) and be able to also contribute to and lead agile improvements.
