HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and executing all the HVAC repair and refurbishment project works per the schedule and Service Level Agreement with the customer.
• He should have hands on experience in the HVAC industry in repair and refurbishment activities.
• To maintain all the relevant documents /Technical Information, service reports.
• To assist in Technical Estimation, site survey, submission of quotation for all the refurbishment and project related works.
• To execute all types of HVAC units installation, ducting, condenser coils replacements, Chiller Refurbishments.
• To ensure all the costs, Margins are in line with the budgeted costs and margin for each job.
• Assist and Take responsibility of works completion and Invoice submission and payment collection
• Organize & ensure right kind of resources ( Men , materials & machines /tools at site

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Engineering (4 years) University or 2 to 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in Mechanical Branch from any reputed University or Institute.

Industry Experience:

3-5 years of working experience inHVAC organization in the service Department
