Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of SA, SaaS - ITO/OTRResponsibilities- Setup SaaS IB and Contracts/Entitlement per standards
- Training materials, work instructions, guides
- Manual execution and tracking of orders and order updates
- Communication/collaboration with regional OMS/PJMs
- Manual steps execution for eOM, GLPROD, PeopleSoft etc.
- Granularity/Transparency and Health of Funnel and quote standards are followed.
- Detect issues upstream, before they flow downstream.
- "Shadow quote ordering" and other manual process execution
- Manage order tracker for all regions and all actions
- Update with new orders, Run reports and update the status
- Monitor install dates and when rev-rec need to be triggered
Minimum qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Experience in working on Order Management
- Healthcare data & system knowledge, SFDC, VBA, Lean/Six Sigma certified
- Process Mapping, Content Writing, Lean certified, Smart sheet, MS Vision
- Good interpersonal skill
- Capable of Client facing roles
