Hiring for Advertising Sales Manager @ Sdora Consulting

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Generate advertising revenues for the print publication and its online platform
Expected to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly advertising sales targets
Generate sponsorships for events that will be curated by the publication such conclaves, awards, rankings, and seminars.
Develop innovative advertising solutions for the print publication and digital platform that can sold to potential clients at premium prices.
Work closely with the editorial team to develop content monetisation plans for the print publications and online platforms
Locate and contact potential clients to offer their firms advertising services
Inform clients about available options for advertising formats, and features and provide samples of previous work for other clients
Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts
Recommend appropriate sizes and formats for advertising
Keep abreast of changes within the publication's demographics.
Handle incoming inquiries to buy ad space.

Requirements:
Minimum graduate in any stream
Minimum experience of 6-7 years in advertising sales for a media house
Strong relationship with media buying agencies, Google ads, Facebook ads, Twitter ads etc.
Exceptional client servicing skills
Strong communication skill and a thorough team player
Should be able to negotiate to get the best rates for the publication.
Should have good contacts in DAVP and advertising departments of PSUs
Keep track of Release Orders
Ensure timely delivery of advertising artworks of clients to the design team
Follow up on payments
